This site is controlled by DYB from its offices within Seoul, Republic of Korea. By accessing this site, you and DYB agree that all matters relating to your access to, or use of, this site shall be governed by the laws of Republic of Korea, without regard to the conflicts of laws principles thereof. You and DYB also agree and hereby submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the Supreme Court of Republic of Korea. DYB makes no representation that materials on this site are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and accessing them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited.
